Decálogo - Ágora Iberclub
1) Businessmen, entrepreneurs, associations and entities may be part of AGORA IBERCLUB on their own initiative, freely and with no other commitment than to collaborate, participate, and help the group optimize their activities enriched by the experiences that we will transmit along with proposals, initiatives and recommendations .
2) JOINING will be free. No initial payment or subsequent maintenance fees will be accrued. Admitted partners may withdraw at their discretion freely and without any expense on their part.
3) The partners will limit their proposals, contributions or ideas to EXCLUSIVELY contemplate the problems that affect companies in financial, fiscal, labor, legal security and rights aspects, WITHOUT FITTING matters of civil, political, religious, sex, society. race, age, nationality.
Periodically, the associates will elect a commission made up of ten members who may reject interventions, editing of proposals, opinions or any other that are considered not to be the subject of the problem that the AGORA IBERCLUB movement has the purpose of addressing.
4) This same commission may restrict the admission of companies, SMEs and entities whose reason for existence or activity is not considered suitable with the principles established.
5) Associates in AGORA IBERCLUB will participate in the common activities they voluntarily choose, in person or virtually. The costs of those that involve expenses for brotherhood meetings, breakfasts, lunches, celebration of social events, networking, cultural, conferences, edition of memories or any other that is considered beneficial, will be paid AT COST by the associates who access them freely. .
6) AGORA IBERCLUB will encourage professional experts in business subjects that need to be deepened, to carry out initiatives, conferences, courses, manuals and printed or virtual books, which contribute to business training, and to the adoption of resources and knowledge that may be considered beneficial. , and that, where appropriate, they will be put at the service of the associates at the price and conditions agreed upon with them.
7) From among the AGORA IBERCLUB associates who wish to participate by actively collaborating in carrying out cultural and social actions, being speakers at conferences or managing initiatives that contribute to the objective of helping entities (companies, entrepreneurs, associations, foundations, Institutions, ) will propose it to the Managing Commission, specifying its characteristics, content, cost, date, and other information.
8) Even though it is a business movement without an administrative structure, formed around the AGORA IBERCLUB brand, specific commissions will be created where necessary, formed by interested members who promote activities in which they participate.
9) AGORA IBERCLUB will collaborate in its initiatives with ASSOCIATIONS AND ENTITIES that coincide with our objectives. WITHOUT THIS IMPLYING INTERDEPENDENCE between each other.
10) In the event that the dynamics of the activities carried out by AGORA IBERCLUB require the legal support of an entity, we will create a limited company that makes it possible. At this point of the decalogue we will include the operation that in practical order allows the associative movement of AGORA IBERCLUB to be a success as its association is open to existing and operating business entities, companies, SMEs, and self-employed workers, and that we will be INDEPENDENT in providing our support. and collaboration to all without other exclusions than those indicated in point four.
